Product Introduction

Three-dimensional composite drainage network is a new type of geosynthetic material with unique three-layer structure and multiple functions. It is mainly made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and processed by a special extrusion molding process.

Product Property

Filtration: Geotextiles can prevent soil particles from entering the drainage system to ensure smooth drainage channels.
Drainage function: the middle bar structure provides good water conductivity, so that water can be smoothly discharged.
Protection: The geomesh not only plays a drainage role, but also protects the integrity of the drainage system.

Product Application

(I) Traffic Engineering

1. Highway Engineering

• Used for drainage of road subgrade and pavement, it can quickly drain groundwater, reduce the damage of groundwater to the subgrade and pavement structure, and improve the service life and safety of the road.

2. Railway Engineering

• In railway construction, it can be used for drainage of railway subgrade to prevent issues such as subgrade softening and settlement caused by waterlogging, ensuring the normal operation of the railway.

(II) Water Conservancy Projects

1. Reservoir Project

• Can be used as an underground water drainage layer in reservoirs to prevent excessive groundwater pressure from damaging the impervious liner. It can also be used for seepage drainage of the reservoir dam body, collecting and discharging seepage from the dam body, effectively eliminating the lateral pressure applied to the impervious layer, reducing or eliminating possible damage caused by water pressure.

2. Other Water Conservancy Facilities

• Can be used for drainage of underground structures in various water conservancy projects, protecting the structural safety of water conservancy facilities.

1. Landfill Project

• Widely used in landfills as drainage systems, such as for gas drainage layers in closure systems, surface water drainage layers, and groundwater drainage layers, etc. It can be applied to steeper slopes, with its high drainage performance capable of timely draining seepage water and gases, protecting the stability of the landfill slope and preventing environmental pollution and damage caused by the accumulation of leachate and gases.
